We have an exciting opportunity for a quality-driven individual to join the Sales and Marketing Team here at Docman as an Account Executive.

The Role

Working within the Sales and Marketing Team, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for contacting customers and non-customers as part of our customer acquisition process.

You will be responsible for maintaining frequent and meaningful contact with Docman’s significant customer base and will strive to maintain good relationships with existing and future customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting our customer and non-customer base through outbound calls
  • Working to predefined call and conversion targets and KPI’s
  • Liaising with internal departments and external colleagues including senior members of staff
  • Contribute to daily stand ups and weekly and monthly internal team meetings
  • Drafting correspondence and replying to emails
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to ensure the continued success of the department and organisation

  • Proven track record in making outbound calls and managing inbound calls

  • Ability to work as both a team and independently

It’s Nice to Have

  • Experience of a call centre environment
  • Experience of working towards KPI targets
  • Ability to problem solve, identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Strong ICT Skills (Excel, Word and PPT)
  • CRM systems experience such as SalesForce

Relationships

You will be working with a team of 8 internal members of staff from both the Sales and Marketing team and will report to the Sales and Marketing Team Leader and the Marketing Manager.

Alongside your internal colleagues, you will also on occasions, work alongside 9 external colleagues.

This is initially offered on a 12 month FTC with the chance of permanent employment for the right candidate.
