Here at Docman it’s a great environment to work in, where you can develop your skills and get involved in a variety projects. This position provides the opportunity to learn and develop in all aspects of sales and marketing and to work with all members of the team.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in identifying new targets, develop innovative marketing campaigns, following-up on prospects and measuring results.

We want someone who will love the role, the team and the company as much as we do. You must be a great communicator, a people person and have a strong work ethic.

What will you be doing?

You will have the responsibility of identifying, researching and engaging with new prospects to drive our company in secondary care and new markets.

You will be involved in the campaign planning, implementation and execution of campaigns. This will typically involve:

  • Pro-actively calling new prospects
  • Researching and planning who to target in the secondary care healthcare market
  • Identifying new opportunities within the market
  • Managing customers and tele-marketing – you must enjoy speaking to people.
  • Developing and planning innovative marketing campaigns
  • Following up on marketing with telephone calls and emails
  • Delivering online sales demonstrations
  • Booking face to face appointments for the external sales team
  • Developing sales opportunities through the sales process
  • You will play a key role in the sales, marketing and lead generation process

Working as part of a team of 7 you will play an active role learning all aspects of sales and marketing. We want you to love Docman as much as we do, which is why you must be passionate, a strong communicator and want to make an impact in our business.
