PCTI, the provider of Docman, has issued the following statement to practices using Docman with the iSoft clinical systems in response to the news that CSC is to withdraw from the GP systems market by 2013/14.

PCTI are committed to helping iSOFT practices at this time of change and practices can continue to use Docman with their new clinical system. To support this change, PCTI will migrate Docman practices to the new clinical system at no cost to the practice. No retraining is required; Docman works in the same way, reducing the burden of change.

The PCTI Customer Services Team will be contacting practices in due course.

Ric Thompson, Managing Director, PCTI “We are committed to helping practices in this time of change, and we will continue to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. Practices using Docman with the iSoft clinical system should be re-assured that Docman provides seamless integration and functionality when moving to the EMIS or INPS clinical systems. Practices will not require further training and the system will remain the same through the changing of clinical system process and beyond.”
