What you’ll be doing

To manage existing RMS customers within the territory.

To develop strategic partnerships within Trusts and other non-GP organisations.

To drive the market entry of the Docman RMS/EDM platform into non-GP sector within UK healthcare economy.

To deliver new sales, manage key accounts and be a product champion for Docman workflow within the business. Responsible for understanding and creating new use cases within secondary care and private providers, developing a value proposition in each context.

Working with Product and Marketing functions to ensure your product knowledge is up to date and lead generation activities are organised and targeted including campaigns and exhibitions. To sell and organise ROI professional services as part of business case development and wider intelligence gathering in order to remain a subject matter expert.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with senior stakeholders across the healthcare economy including NHS digital
  • Drive and confidence, a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 years’ experience of similar senior sales/ market roles covering both proactive and reactive and Account Management selling, including objection handling and closing sales
  • Key / Strategic Account experience essential
  • Experience of selling complex solutions into organisations, ideally healthcare at a Secondary level.
  • Good use of English, grammar, spelling and electronic communications
  • Selling experience within the NHS desirable
