Docman is delighted to announce 800 GP Practices have ordered Docman 10, the platform set to revolutionise the transfer of care between and within healthcare organisations, ahead of the imminent product release next month.

There has been huge demand in the market place for the web based platform with CCGs, GP Practices and Federations excited about the opportunities of having all organisations and their documents on a single platform. This includes across traditional boundaries of a GP practice, extended hours, shared care records and new models of care.

Ric Thompson, Managing Director, Docman “Docman 10 will be a real enabler for clinicians and commissioners to deliver the Roadmap set in The Five Year Forward View and the GP Forward View. Our customer-centred approach to design has underpinned the development of Docman 10 to ensure the platform is well positioned to meet the needs of a 21st century health economy.”

“We’re really excited to be providing Docman 10 to our customer base and network of 200,000 users. Our obsession has been to develop a platform built on a one-click philosophy to ensure the cross-organisational transfer of care process is made simple.”

The Docman 10 First of Type Practices are scheduled for the first two weeks of May with a roll-out plan being managed on a CCG by CCG basis. It is anticipated more orders will follow over the coming months with CCGs keen to get into the deployment schedule.

Docman 10 will be showcased to over 600 healthcare professionals at the upcoming National Docman Conferences 2017 on 16th and 18th May 2017.
